Annual Yoga Retreat in Mexico, details unfolding.

Joint us for seven enriching days of Yoaga and Pacific sea-shore, on a one of kind vacation-retreat.  We will greet the day at 7;30 am with a vitalizing yoga practice followed by plenty of leisure time and another two hour yoga session at 4:30 in the afternoon.  Classes will be held in a fully equipped yoga studio just 15 yards from the warm sand and lapping waves.  This retreat will leave you vitally renewed and greateful you attended.  Yogic methods will include asana (posture) Pranayama (breathing) methods, yoga theory and basic chanting.  All levels are encouraged to attend.

Spend your leasure time laying in the sand, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, watching birds, walking, surfing, riding horses, shopping or catching up on a good book.  Squeaky clean accommodations will be hosted at the secluded Hacienda Eden in Troncones, just 20-miles outside of Zihuatanejo.
