DIY Director Derik Eselius will be conducting a 3-day yoga retreat at the Canebrake resort in Wagoner, Oklahoma. This ecological based retreat center will offer the perfect backdrop for deepening one’s yoga practice. See thecanebrake.com for further details and registration.
DIY is hosting Open Hose sessions from 4-7 at our studio on 750 E. 9th Ave. (btwn. Washington and Clarkson streets.) These sessions will be a remarkable opportunity to experience the program and meet our staff and graduates.

Friday Sept. 5th to Sunday Sept. 7th. – Winter Park, CO. In this weekend retreat we will explore yoga practice in the supportive presence of other men. Additional activities will include periods of silence, nature walks and shared meals.
